Product Description
Special high alumina Brick
High Alumina Brick is kind of advanced refractory material. With higher refractoriness reaching up to 1750~1790℃ than fire clay bricks and semi-silica bricks.
High Alumina Bricks are with higher refractoriness under load than fireclay bricks because that high alumina bricks have higher Al2O3 content and low impurities which forming little fusible vitreum body. But because mullite crystal does not form network structure, their refractoriness under load is lower than silica bricks.
High Alumina Bricks are with excellent performance of acid resistance and basic slag erosion .

Features:
High alumina brick has the advantages of small high temperature creep, strong corrosion resistance, good thermal shock stability, etc. It is suitable for large and medium-sized hot blast stoves.
Application:
High alumina bricks are mainly used for masonry blast furnace, hot blast stove, electric furnace roof, blast furnace, rotary kiln lining. In addition, high alumina bricks are also widely used as open hearth regenerative checker bricks, plugs for pouring systems, nozzle bricks, etc.
