Spalling resistant high alumina refractory brick for rotary kiln

Product Description

Spalling resistant high alumina brick

The brick is made from sintered special grade high alumina bauxite, added with zirconia, silimanite and andalusite by reasonable ration , pressed by high pressure and sintered at high temperature, with excellent spalling resistance, alkali, sodium, sulfur, chlorine and alkalic salt corrosion. Low thermal conductivity, a better and ideal choice for transition and calcining zone of cement kiln.

High alumina refractory brick is formed and calcined from bauxite or other raw materials with high alumina content. High thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770℃. It has good slag resistance and is used for the lining of steel-making electric furnaces, glass melting furnaces, cement rotary furnaces, etc.

Features:

High alumina brick has the advantages of small high temperature creep, strong corrosion resistance, good thermal shock stability, etc. It is suitable for large and medium-sized hot blast stoves.

Application:

High alumina bricks are mainly used for masonry blast furnace, hot blast stove, electric furnace roof, blast furnace, rotary kiln lining. In addition, high alumina bricks are also widely used as open hearth regenerative checker bricks, plugs for pouring systems, nozzle bricks, etc.
