· Pure calcium aluminate cement CA75 series products are customized products that meet the requirements of specific formulation design, and their performance is between the CA70 series and CA80 series products. CA75 sets and hardens faster, while CA75S has better fluidity and longer construction time.
· Pure calcium aluminate cement CA80 is a high-purity product, with an alumina content more than 78%, good early strength, and high residual strength at medium temperature. It is suitable for the preparation of various traditional and low cement castable. The prepared castable have a high softening temperature under load, excellent slag resistance and mechanical impact resistance, and the use temperature can reach 1800°C. The product contains extremely low impurities such as iron and silicon, and has good resistance to corrosion by reducing media such as CO, H2, and CH4.
· Pure calcium aluminate cement CA80S has better fluidity, longer construction time and lower water demand. The user does not need to add any setting agent to make the prepared castable have ideal construction performance and excellent mechanical strength. It is especially suitable for high temperature environmental conditions in summer and other occasions with special requirements for the working time of the castable.
